At BETHSABEA, each order is prepared with care and intention. Below you’ll find details regarding our shipping and processing.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
We aim to meet these timeframes, slight delays may occur. BETHSABEA is not responsible for delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.
UNITED STATES
Free U.S. shipping is offered on all orders over $250.
Standard shipping at a flat rate of $10 applies to all other domestic orders.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Your order may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. Buyers are responsible for understanding and paying any such charges.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-ordering offers early access to select pieces ahead of their official release, allowing you to secure them before wider availability.
Estimated shipping timeframes will be noted on the product page. These dates are approximate and may be subject to change.
Full payment is collected at the time of purchase.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
SHIPPING TERMS
BETHSABEA is not responsible for:

lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, any additional shipping or handling fees will be deducted from your refund.
