Returns & Refunds
We hope your Bethsabea piece feels as special as it was designed to be. If something is not quite right, returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Day 1 is the day your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY
To be accepted for return, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in original packaging

Show no signs of wear, damage, perfume, makeup, deodorant, tanning products, or other marks
Items labeled Non-Returnable or Final-Sale cannot be returned.
PRE-ORDER RETURNS
Pre-order items are subject to the same return conditions as standard orders.
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, with Day 1 beginning on the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
All returned pre-order items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the issue
Faults reported within 3 months of purchase will be reviewed carefully. After this period, wear and tear may not qualify for replacement or refund.
HOW TO START A RETURN

Visit our Returns Portal online.

Enter your order number and the email used for purchase.

Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Choose your preferred return method and receive your QR code.

Drop your parcel at your selected return point.
Please ensure your return is securely packaged and that all original tags remain attached.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
