International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing procedures beyond our control. While we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders promptly, BETHSABEA cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a parcel has entered customs clearance.

1.4 Duties Paid at Checkout (If Applicable)

For select destinations, duties and taxes may be collected at checkout and clearly itemised before payment. In these cases, your order may be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning no additional customs charges should be due upon delivery.
 If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, your shipment will be delivered on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, and any import charges will be payable by the customer upon arrival.

3. Refusal to Pay Customs Charges

3.1 Unpaid Customs Fees

If customs duties, taxes, or import fees are refused by the customer, the shipment may be returned to BETHSABEA or abandoned by the courier/customs authority. In such cases, any return shipping fees, customs penalties, storage charges, or carrier handling costs incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.

4. Returns, Refunds & Undeliverable Orders

4.1 Customs-Related Non-Delivery

If an order is returned to BETHSABEA due to unpaid customs charges, refused delivery, or failure to complete customs clearance, we reserve the right to refund the order value excluding:

  • Original shipping costs

  • Any customs duties or taxes incurred

  • Return shipping fees

  • Carrier handling or processing charges

4.2 Destroyed or Abandoned Parcels

If a shipment is destroyed or abandoned by customs or the shipping carrier due to non-payment of import fees or failure to provide required customs information, the order may not be eligible for a refund.
